About ten years ago we spent a few days, as guests of a friend in the Itria valley, located in the heart of Puglia.

 

It was love at first sight, everything seemed strange yet familiar, as if something ancient and profound began to emerge in the mind.

After a few days we found an extraordinary place, magnetic and housed little Trulli in ruins. We decided that this would be our refuge.

It took about three years to restore the cones because 'we wanted to meditate on every choice, trying to keep the essence of the place.

We lovingly restored and furnished the structure, adding an arcade that allowed to live outdoors and a small pool in order to live in peace, also the periods of maximum tourist flow.

All this added to an olive grove of about 20,000 square meters with 150 ancient olive trees, as well as of carob trees, almond trees and prickly pears.

We wanted this preamble to show that what we offer is not 'an apartment created for the sole purpose of making a profit but' instead a non-place, a place to find yourself, leave the homologated trail, go to the sea early in the morning in order to enjoy the magnificent beaches, going to retire into a cozy place when it gets crowded, where the only sounds to be heard are donated by the nature and our soul.

A place to read that book that we always wanted to read, in which donate time to themselves and to our loved ones. The time that currently is our best gift we can offer you.

This place deserves to be lived in all the period of the year: during the spring with an explosion of color, life, heat; the summer to relax; autumn period more 'cozy and winter with the fireplace.

Because of this we are trying to share this dream with all those that are reflected in this philosophy.
